  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via the email and/or mobile number associated with your order, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Security: All jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packaging designed to safeguard the contents during transit.

2. Dispatch Timeline (Order Processing)

The Dispatch Timeline is the time required for us to process, quality-check, and prepare your order before it is released to the shipping carrier. This period excludes weekends and public holidays in Mysore, Karnataka.

  • In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship Jewellery (Non-customized):
    • The dispatch time is 5 – 6 Business Days.
    • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on the same day.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order Jewellery:
    • The dispatch time is typically 7 to 10 Business Days. This extended timeline accounts for the specialized crafting, setting, and final inspection of your unique piece.
  • Pre-Order Items:
    • The specific dispatch timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. Dispatch occurs immediately after the item arrives in our stock.

3. Delivery Date Timeline

The Delivery Date Timeline begins after your order has completed the Dispatch phase and has been collected by the courier.

  • For Deliveries Within Karnataka (Intra-State):
    • Estimated delivery is 3 – 5  Business Days post-dispatch.
  • For Major Metro Cities in India:
    • Estimated delivery is 5 – 7  Business Days post-dispatch (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore).
  • For the Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 Cities/Remote Locations):
    • Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 Business Days post-dispatch.
  • For International Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery is typically 7 to 14 Business Days post-dispatch, depending on the destination country’s customs processing procedures.

Total Delivery Time: This is calculated by adding the Dispatch Timeline and the Delivery Date Timeline.

4. Shipping Charges and Customs

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): We provide free standard shipping only on orders above INR 699/-. Orders below INR 699/- will be applicable for a shipping rate that will be displayed during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout based on the package weight and destination. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
